ExisDeals (exisdeals.in) is an Indian reseller of legitimate digital software subscriptions, operated independently. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, or any government ID.

• To deliver the subscription you ordered
• To provide warranty replacements and customer support
• To send order updates and (only if you opt in) future offers

All payments happen directly between you and your UPI / bank app. We never store your card numbers, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. Information may be shared only:

• With the upstream subscription provider, where strictly required to provision your account
• If required by Indian law or a valid legal request

Order records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for warranty and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Order communication happens over WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted channel. Internal records are stored on access-controlled cloud systems.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, send a request on WhatsApp.

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.

ExisDeals supplies digital software subscriptions and account credentials. Because these are intangible, instantly-delivered digital goods, they are generally not eligible for return once delivered and accessed.

Every subscription comes with a full-duration replacement warranty. If your account stops working at any point within the plan duration due to an issue on our end, we will repair or replace it free of charge, usually within 2–24 hours of you reporting it on WhatsApp.

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• We fail to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• The product is permanently out of stock and we cannot fulfil a working replacement
• The account stops working and we are unable to repair or replace it within 72 hours of you reporting the issue

• Change of mind after the account has been delivered and accessed
• Violation of usage rules (sharing credentials publicly, changing the password, signing in from too many devices, or any abuse of the account)
• Issues caused by the upstream platform (e.g., regional restrictions, platform-wide policy changes) where a working replacement has been offered
• Partial refund requests for time already used on a working subscription

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93346 85866 with your order details and a short description of the issue. Our team will respond within working hours (12 AM – 6 PM IST) and confirm eligibility.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI / bank) within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been initiated from our side.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before delivery. Once the credentials have been shared on WhatsApp, the order is treated as fulfilled and the standard refund rules above apply.
